
Now, I am sure most people will say, "Well, don't you know they are not good for you?" The answer is yes...of course I do. I am fully aware that this is definitely effecting my ability to perform at the level I want but I'm addicted. I am starting tomorrow in an attempt to go cold turkey. Wish me luck. If you got any tips, feel free to send them my way.
In other news, training is going relatively well but I have a little cold. We're getting ready to head to Nova Scotia at the end of the month for a quick trip to see some family and friends. Until next time....M
