Well...

Well, it has been a while since we posted last and a lot has happened.  Tessa has been growing big and she is definitely keeping us busy.  My mother passed away on 11 November 2010 after fighting a rare form of cancer for a few months.  It was definitely a shock but as my mom would say, "It is what it is."  She was amazing for the last months, not complaining at all and being extremely thankful for being able to see her grand-daughter which she so much wanted in her life.  It has been quite the journey since and looking at Tessa I can not help but be sad that she only got to see her grand-mother once and will not experience the love and caring that I got for over 30 years.  Until next time...
